These guys rock! When I went to leave this morning, my garage door exploded! I thought it would cost a fortune. I got home at 1:pm and called Midwest. They came and had me completely repaired by 3:30 the same day! A little over a hundred bucks. How cool is that?

I've just gotten a new door and opener installed. The door works amazingly! And looks fabulous! The two installers that came were very professional and precise! Recently got a new garage door From Mid West. #1 they called 20 min prior to arrival as they said they would. #2 They were on time. #3 Originally thought I needed a new closer as well. When they arrived to install we decided the new closer was not necessary. Saved me some money and they were not pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't need. I was able to get final payment over the phone very quickly. Door was installed and looks and works great. Happy customer.

I had to call over and over to buy a door, then had to follow up with them to get it installed no one called me after the projected install date and now it's broken and they won't call me back or let me talk to someone to fix it. I paid over 2k for the door this is crazy poor customer service.
