Product received exactly as described. Received faster than originally promised. And all the free goodies thrown in (pen, contractor pencil, magnet) were a nice touch. Great experience.

Bought a Y-connector for a downspout that had a failing hand-crafted connector in its place. The new one from Jay Kay looks like a perfect fit and the finish is great. Glad to find a small business nearby making exactly what I need. Shipped the same day I purchased it and arrived in short order.

Ah the lost art of customer service isn't lost here. A refreshing and pleasant experience in the current culture of "not my problem." Ordered from clear across the country and had my order shipped with a personal email on a Sunday.

Excellent experience working with Jay Kay on a downspout Y connector shipping to Canada. Super responsive and shipped fast. Highly recommend their products and customer service. And they also included a nice pen and carpenter pencil as a bonus in the package!
