Whitley worked with Systecon to create a mechanical building to house the numerous pieces of crucial equipment needed to run the Methodist Midlothian Hospital in Midlothian, Texas. The modular built mechanical building is comprised of 12 modules and features six rooms all housing various pieces of mechanical equipment. Whitley provides start to finish services for its clients.From our in house design team, four manufacturing facilities located around the United States, and our hundreds of on-site partners, we ensure your modular building project goes as smoothly as possible.

We pride ourselves on manufacturing each building properly, accurately, on time and with respect to all involved. Just after World War II, Whitley Manufacturing Co., Inc. was founded in South Whitley, Indiana, by F. R. Bratton to provide homes for returning veterans. Over the years the company moved from housing to office manufacturing and was purchased by Williams Mobile Offices in 1971.
