Services
Tempered Glass
Our tempered glass production utilizes advanced compression technology to create glass four times stronger than standard annealed glass. Available in thicknesses from 1/8 to 3/4, our tempered products meet ANSI Z.97.1 architectural and Z26.1 automotive specifications. The 48x120 bed size allows fabrication of large panels for commercial applications requiring superior impact resistance and thermal stability.
CNC Cutting
Our CNC machining capabilities include intricate shape cutting with seamed, flat, and polished edge finishes. Dual Bavelloni edging systems double production efficiency while maintaining tight tolerances. The new Intermac Master 23 CNC edger handles complex geometries and internal cutouts, ensuring dimensional accuracy for both prototype and production runs across all glass thicknesses.
Silkscreening
We apply durable, baked-on ceramic frit coatings in standard colors like black, white, and grey, with custom color matching available. This permanent decoration method resists chipping and flaking during tempering, ideal for concealing structural components in lighting fixtures or creating distinctive visual elements in architectural applications.
Glass Drilling
Our diamond-impregnated drill bits create clean holes from 1/8 to 3 diameter without chipping. Top-and-bottom drilling methodology ensures structural integrity for mounting hardware applications. We also offer oversized hole cutting for specialized installation requirements in commercial glass assemblies.
Anti-Reflective Glass
We supply single- and double-sided anti-reflective glass coatings that reduce glare by up to 90% while maintaining optical clarity. This technology enhances display visibility in lighting fixtures and picture frames while preserving the glass's structural integrity through advanced coating application processes.

It's a good place to work at least it was a few years ago. I had to quit due to a policeman with a square burn scar on his arm. First and last time that I was searched. Without due process I might add. Just watch out for the local police. I don't think they like people not from their town.
