Because of the importance of precise and consistent "foaming" of a dock float in order to insure long life, every Eagle Float is foamed utilizing state of the art, computer controlled technology. Rather than relying on people to manually control steam valves, constantly monitor pressures and timing, Eagle Floats are foamed using a proprietary technology.

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) has a successful record of proficient use in industrial, commercial, residential and cold storage buildings. In addition to our plain board insulation we also have the capability of laminating products with a foil or a plastic film backing with a heat-activated adhesive. This process makes the product very durable.

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is an excellent packaging solution for many reasons. EPS is very cost effective and possesses consistent quality in size, density and appearance. The foam cushions the product and since it is non-abrasive the finish of the product will not be scratched or damaged. We can custom cut pads to any size and fit the contour of any piece easily.
