I first reached out in January 2022. They were not easy to reach even after leaving a message and sending an email. I reached out again around the end of March and everything went smooth. They came out and looked at the area told me what was needed (as they came in and took over from another who left me high n dry), and we made plans with an estimated start date. Due to some ridiculous neighborhood restrictions, I called a few weeks later to make a change order and all was good.
A little amazed for the reasons, but nothing but kind and courteous communication. The day the crew arrived, they got right to work. As I was talking with the supervisor, I asked about replacing an existing gate and to add it to the bill. NO CHARGE! Thank you so much Brooks Creek Cedar!

Had vinyl fence installed 5 years ago. Now, there is a six to eight inch Gap from the bottom of the fence to the soil. The fence looks terrible. My yard is now host to every raccoon, possum, and cat in the neighborhood. I would ask them to come back out and fix it, but I'm sure they will charge me, even though their workmanship was sub-par in the first place. Had their workmanship been of quality this would not have happened in the first place. Also, if I wash the fence, with only water, the white comes off the vinyl and runs down into the soil. Inferior, garbage product.

I had a fence installed in the fall. I've used this company before (for a deck) and now a fence and I will be using them for future projects. Family business, everyone I talked to is great. There are up front, honest, they do a great job, and are very fair with prices. I look forward to working with them for another project in the future. Thanks guys.

Brooks Creek Cedar's crew added a section to the fence they installed for me a few years ago and did a great job. Many thanks to Hugo and Victor for the very professional work and the good cheer despite the demands of getting all those posts in the ground!
