Switched to this locally owned business after having a challenging experience with Safelite. It was refreshing to be able to speak to a real person at the actual autoglass shop for scheduling, and the glass came in on time and was installed soon after. They were reliable with the timing window they gave for ordering and with how long installation would take, and they carefully peeled off and replaced my inspection sticker and town recycling facility sticker. No automated phone menus to deal with is worth five stars alone, but beyond that, they were timely, professional and worked with my auto insurance, I would use them again.

I called this morning, and a very friendly voice told me, no problem, we can do it today! I showed up early and they accommodated me instantly. In less than 30 minutes, I was out the door, spending about half of what I thought it was going to cost me. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the them of glass service! When you seek assistance from a business of this type it's usually a stressful time-this seemed irrelevant to staff. Once job was complete (couldnt get in for over 2 days) - no window in city in winter. then they left adhesive all over glass. Staff was cold, unwelcoming and rude.

Worst experience the blonde in the office was so rude and hostile and has tantrums like a 3 year old. Got our nice new infinity back with stains near where they replaced and had glue dripping down from the mirror and had burned a spot near the shifter. Will never go back they were very rude and blamed us and the place we got it from. Avoid at all costs.

Prompt and professional service. Replaced windshield of a late model Accord with a lot of integral sensors/camera/radar/rain-sensing stuff and so far everything seems to be working just like new. They were even able to save all my registration and parking stickers. Handled payment directly through my auto insurance carrier. No complaints. Recommended by Prime Honda dealership.
