What are your showroom hours?
We're open Tuesday-Friday 9AM-5PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM, and closed Sunday & Monday. We're closed for lunch daily 12:00 PM-12:30 PM.

Hate to write this about a local business. We prefer to support local businesses. Our recent experience with Once Upon A Tile in fitchburg was disappointing. Mostly the installation. The actual installation of our backsplash went well. However, they left my kitchen an absolute mess. I cleaned grout up off my floor, cabinets, stove and counter top. We had, admittedly, a very minor area near an outlet that missed grouting. We brought it to their attention not Because it was a major issue, but because it should be remedied. We got back a very sarcastic comment and never heard from them again. Service matters.

Although I did not buy anything here the staff are amazing and super helpful. The tile selection is out of this world and will make you wish you could afford to build a 60k shower! Even with all the crazy expensive tiles they have many value options and will help work with you and your budget.

Living in Bolton, We have gone to many tile shops from Maynard down to Shrewsbury looking for backsplash tile for the kitchen and accent tile for above the cook top, then went to Once Upon a Tile and my husband and I were so impressed! From the outside the store doesn't look like much but once you get inside that's when I had the oh wow moment. Great visual displays, not overwhelming and the staff was great and took the time to listen and bring some great ideas to the table.
They had all the major tile brands like the other stores but when it came to unique accent tile, they hit it out of the ball park! Working with Gab to pick out just the right accent tile for above the stove was actually fun, not overwhelming! She was able to show us from an email picture of the kitchen we sent her, what the new tile would look like. That was awesome and high tech! So worth the drive and we found everything we wanted there.

The selection of tile is amazing and the people extremely knowledgeable. They can help with everything from design questions to underlayment questions. They answered questions I didn't even knew I had, and I am glad they did.
