Splash Zone Pool and Spa was began in 1996, when Bart Heebink opened his 1st store in Baldwin Wisconsin. In 1988 Bart moved his store to River Falls, Wisconsin. He has been working with spas and pools since 1990 and has extensive knowledge in general construction. When considering a new pool or renovating your current pool let us aid.
