Services
Hanger Bolts
We manufacture roll-formed hanger bolts from carbon steel, brass, aluminum, and stainless steel. These headless fasteners feature continuous or double-ended threads, available in diameters from 4-40 to 0.5" and lengths up to 40". Our precision-engineered bolts maintain metal grain structure for superior strength, meeting IFI standards for industrial applications in furniture, automotive, and construction sectors.
Drill 'n Drive Machinery
Our Drill 'n Drive systems automate fastener insertion for wood and plastic components. The manual 220 model handles up to 300 parts/hour for low-volume needs, while the 320 model accommodates large, irregular components. Each system features pneumatic clamping for safety and consistent quality, with refurbishment services available to extend equipment lifespan for manufacturers nationwide.
Steel Wire
We supply precision-drawn steel wire in diameters from 0.093" to 0.500", including brite basic, concrete-reinforcement, and straightened/cut lengths up to 10 feet. Our wire meets ASTM A82 standards for concrete applications and serves as raw material for our fastener production, with resizing capabilities for carbon steel, brass, aluminum, and stainless steel alloys.
Wire Drawing
Our wire drawing division produces high-tolerance material for internal fastener manufacturing and external clients. Capable of processing carbon steel, brass, aluminum, and stainless steel, we maintain strict dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Continuous coils weighing 1,000-3,000 pounds are supplied with tensile certifications, supporting industries requiring precision metal components for critical applications.
Machinery Repair
We offer comprehensive repair, refurbishment, and upgrade services for Drill 'n Drive systems. Our technicians restore aging equipment to like-new performance, minimizing downtime for manufacturers. Services include component replacement, system modernization, and on-site support, ensuring long-term reliability of fastener installation machinery used in high-volume production environments.
