My bathroom window glass got broken. Kept being told I would have to replace the whole window since its a double panel. Finally called Nazareth Glass and they were able to send someone out within a few days. The woman who answered the phone was nice and was able to help me promptly. The older gentlemen came out, took measurements and I got a call with a price quickly. I am thankful for them to be able to do it so quickly.
The glass took about a month to come in which is fine since everything is backed up. Will be doing business with them in the future. No complaints here. Oh and they sent a cute appreciation card out for using them. Lovely little place.

Overall, very disappointed with the level of service. I had to call repeatedly to get any follow through, only 2/3 of the glass was even ordered, and the owner never calls me back. I finally had them come out and it's only half done without any details on when they will be back.

Very happy with the process and the final product. Sharon on the phone was super helpful when I first called. Mike came out a few days later to measure and was just a pleasant guy to chat with - very laid back and knowledgeable. Took a few weeks to get in contact about the installation, but I think I missed a call somewhere in that time. Installers came out and did a beautiful job - completely exceeding my expectations.
The guys who installed were really quick and friendly, and I spent quite a bit of time chatting with one of them after the install was finished. It's nice to have friendly people who know what they're doing help you out with a project. Couldn't be happier.
