I recently took over my dad's auto repair facility and went in for the first time to pick up some supplies we needed and Greg went above and beyond to explain how our account was set up with them. I have been dealing with a lot of companies lately and getting to know people and nobody has made me feel more welcome then the people here! Most definitely refer everybody I know to Suburban bolt. Very nice people. Went in today multiple times. And my transactions were very small.like 2 or 3 dollars The staff and the front desk person took lot of care and time and helped me figure out the exact parts I needed even though I wish my communication and language could have been better. I appreciate the customer service and treating even the smallest customers with importance They also offered me free sample. Thank you

I needed to replace a threaded screw on the points for my 1965 Mustang. I stopped in today after being directed by a local Hot-Rod shop. I pulled in, called, and was directed to a spot closer to the door. A young man appeared in minutes to collect the nut, find me a match, and sent me on my way. The young man was incredibly helpful, quick, and polite. I will rely on Suburban Bolt for any of my automotive fastener needs moving forward. Thank you for running a customer-centered business.

Just want to say thanks to matt at suburban bolt in roseville. He helped me out last week with finding 2 bolts for my van. dealer was going to take a week to get, he had them in stock. Gave them to me for FREE! Installed them on saturday and back on the road! will highly recommend. thanks
