I am more than pleased with my new fence. I shopped around at numerous companies comparing pricing and workmanship. Bonnie was the deciding factor when I went with Amechi. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about every aspect: the materials, installation, and guarantee. Thanks Bonnie, Amechi was the way to go! The fence is beautiful!

Terrible customer service. We called on a Monday and was told Bonnie their estimator would be in touch with us by Wednesday at the latest to come out for a quote. She called at 7 pm on Thursday evening and was almost annoyed we hadn't been given a quote over the phone and that she had to come out. She stated they receive 200 calls a day and were only giving quotes to people who were "serious" about getting a fence.

Essentially their "free estimate" they list online is a lie. Even after stating we were interested in purchasing a fence (which was most likely going to cost thousands as have a large yard) she was still rude and impatient on the phone. It's literally her job to come out and give estimates and she was irritated she had to do that. We ended up telling her no thanks and hanging up. The fact that a company has such a terrible representative for them speaking to potential customer willing to spends THOUSANDS is just shameful. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

After several calls to receive an estimate and NO return call, I stopped in to inquire about an estimate. The gentleman took my information and said someone would call me in a day. it's been three weeks and no one has called. Clearly business is good! I was able to give a smaller company a big job who I would not have normally selected. And they did a fantastic job and was able to get 2 referrals from my one job. Follow up is key folks! A call to say we are behind would have sufficed.

Unfortunately I have to say dealing with this company was pleasant up until the contract had been signed. From that point forward if difficulties presented, and there were some difficulties with the independent contractor they hired to install the fence I purchased, they didn't really want to be bothered with it. Not sure I'd recommend going forward.
