The company was founded 90 years ago, but our history goes back 10 generations. Hauling virgin pine logs from Petersham via horse & chain to Gloucester to be used as ship masts for sailing ships was how we got started. Now, for the last 20 years, run by Tom Mann, we focus on reclaimed lumber & granite, and also dabble in specialty lumber from the west coast and the occasional good deal on surplus building
