Several weeks ago, I stopped into zo-air for a repair on a jackhammer. The employee wrote me a ticket and told me I'd receive a call in a day or 2 with an estimate. Well several weeks went by, nothing! So I stopped in today only to find my machine in the same place, not looked at. I'm furious due to the fact I've been without my jackhammer for several weeks, and now back to the drawing board at another repair shop.
The employee told me sorry, we're I'll equipped to repair things, and sometimes items sit for months, and then showed me a date on something that's been there over a year. He explained that they make him tell customers a few days, but he knows that's bull. I would never recommend buying anything or getting anything repaired here, unless you have a year or 2.
