Window World Of Raleigh

We replaced 26 windows in our home with Window World in 2017. Since our purchase, the ownership at WW has changed several times. Despite the change(s), our repair request was still honored as we are under warranty. Eric replaced 3 windows in our home last week and he was punctual, efficient, respectful and completed the job quickly without any mess left behind. As a Real Estate agent, I often recommend service providers for my clients. Window World will continue to be on top of my list as I am a happy customer myself. Thank you

We are absolutely thrilled with our new windows from Window World. They removed our old windows and installed the new windows all in the same day. By the time the crew left you couldn't even tell they came. The sales person Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of the questions that we had. The crew that came out was also friendly and professional. I highly recommend Window World!

Despite the longer than normal wait time due to global shortages, it was worth it. We ordered our complete 12-window replacement in February and the installation was complete today. The company was very communicative during the wait and scheduled our install as soon as the custom windows were ready. Would highly recommend and absolutely use them again. We had a series of unfortunate events. Supply chain issues, order errors, installation mixups, ordering system changes - all during a global supply chain nightmare and pandemic. Took a year to resolve; we were the unlucky 1%. Despite all of that, Window World didn't ghost us; they were professional, apologetic, and worked beyond individual responsibilities to make things right.

Our new windows are AMAZING (no quality issues with the product). We replaced about 30 windows over two orders, our second order for 2 large windows was seamless, without a single issue, which is what I imagine the majority of customers experience with this company. Window World stands behind their work and their products, and advocates for their customers with the manufacturer if needed, all with a smile.

A company that can handle the most improbable, difficult situation, in a 5 star manner, is a GEM of a find. Highly recommended this company. Would use them again without hesitation (and they have competitive pricing with a fantastic warranty - score!).

This was my first experience with replacing window. Overall the experience was great. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and even reached out to me while he was on medical leave - I had a few questions about the invoice. The installer was on time, friendly and fast! The best part was Rachel! Rachele was very kind, patient, and responded to calls and emails quickly. Rachele gets 5 stars too!

The Window World workmen were very efficient and friendly. They replaced 10 large windows and cleaned everything up afterward, all in less than 3 hours! I was pretty busy when they were done, so I didn't take time to go around and inspect every window before they left, so there are a couple of little things I'll need them to come back and adjust (which is fine because they come with a full warrantee), but all in all it was a positive experience.

Had other windows from Window World so when I needed to finish upgrading whole house windows called them again. Easy to do business with and good payment terms. The wait was less than quoted. Installed 19 windows and wrapped trim in a few hours, cleaned well afterwards. Big difference in indoor comfort. Love that warranty can transfer on sale.

Have been trying to get a window replaced for 6 months. I was told by the general manager that they would be at my home between 9:00 and 11:00 am to FINALLY fix the glass. They didn't show and no call. They have not called me in 6 months to address their HORRIBLE customer service or to fix the glass. Recommended them 10 years ago when the windows were first installed. They have changed!

My sales person has been my contact the entire time. Great communication and willingness to correct any problems. My window installation was great I had a very good crew doing the work. My first front door I had a crew that didn't know what they were doing. it was inconvenient but the company makes you happy and will do whatever to make it right. They get burned by poor contractors too.

They reordered entire door and frame and got someone excellent at installing doors. The warehouse where they make the product has made the wrong patio doors twice.beautiful but colors were wrong. It's a long wait but the company makes it right and I think now they only let certain people install doors. The product is very nice I love my windows and doors.

The warranty is transferable. There's great communication with the office people too. So nice and easy to work with. If anything happens to product it's replaced unless somehow you void your warranty. I definitely recommend Window World.
