Wardcrafts one of a kind custom home catalog. Sometimes it is nice to have something in your hands that you can review over and over, mark up, put tabs in etc. We've included options for plans so now you'll find not one but possibly 3 bathroom ideas, walk-in shower options, island options and perhaps an alternate kitchen, pantry or laundry.
We developed a new way for you choose what suits your taste, budget and dreams. Most of our plans have options (these are usually outside the actual plan). These allow you to customize your home visually and get an idea of how something "fits." Many plans have optional kitchen islands, onyx base and walk-in showers, freestanding tubs, double sink vanities, larger pantries and additional windows. You can still customize virtually ANYTHING to suit your taste and budget. A "B" version will be slightly modified from the original.

We purchased a Wardcraft home 37 years ago and have never regretted it. We had ample opportunities to customize and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. It was an all around good experience. We have lived in our home for these 37 years, and though we have added on and upgraded some things from time to time, the heart of the home we have loved and been proud of, is Wardcraft. They have earned our strongly positive recommendation.

We went through the Clay Center, KS office. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the very first phone call, they went out of their way to help us. AJ Bloom was our salesman, and he did so much above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We chose to purchase an inventory model that was on sale. While waiting for our appraisal, that model sold.
So they built us another, but we got to choose all the trim and finishes. The house was finished before our basement was! We were given an expected delivery date, and it came 3 days early. We were told to expect the garage to be finished withing a couple weeks, it was also done earlier than expected. All the guys that came out to set the house, and build the garage were very nice and professional.
They had a system down, and things went smooth. They even went back on and patched the cracks in the drywall that were caused by shifting in transport. Anytime I had a question or concern, all I had to do was call or email AJ, and he was happy to help, and quick to respond. There was a time or two AJ was unavailable, and the other salesman was just as helpful and friendly.
The cost was far less than if we had to build on site. These home also appraise the same as ones built on site. The difference is, they are done in a fraction of the time. Even the inventory models come standard with high end fixtures and trimmings. Without Wardcraft, ,w e wouldn't have been able to afford the size and quality of home that we got.
It far exceded all of out hopes and dreams. I highly recommend at least going to your closest location and taking a tour, ask questions. At the very least, get a free catalog. You won't be disappointed!
