BUYER BEWARE! i purchased some parts from boyd cat in evansville indiana. the parts i was given were not the parts i ordered and i was told they were none refundable. i am ashamed of boyd cat for trying to make me pay any amount of money for what was 100% boyds mistake in my order. i will never understand why boyd would rather try to steal money from a customer for the mistake boyd made in my order and destroy a life time relationship with a customer for a few dollars that was 100% boyds mistake. i will never buy any parts from boyd or caterpillar ever again. now i will have to sue boyd in small claims court to get back my money that they should of had the honesty and integrity to own up to there mistake and refund my money in full to begin with! SHAME ON YOU BOYD CATTERPILLAR OF EVANSVILLE! BOYD STOP RIPPING ME OFF! DON'T BE BOYDS NEXT VICTIM!

Very helpful. Not only did they find the part I needed (which wasn't in the computer) they also loaned me the tool to install it. Highly recommended.

Very Difficult to work with, tough to get a commitment from and if you are Tax exempt they will not honor it. The quote they gave, they didn't honor even when we fell below the usage time. They were also late to deliver the lift by 2 hours.
