I have had the opportunity to work with Valley City Plating for the last 30 years and they are a fantastic company. The management team is very open to new ideas from employees, customers, and suppliers. They invest in the safety and well being of their employees. They invest in new technologies to stay competitive in the marketplace. Most importantly, they care about people as evidenced by employees with over 30 and 40 years of service.

I have been working with the VCP Team for 15+ years now. You couldn't ask for a nicer group of people. They are committed to taking care of their customers and their associates. Always brighter at VCP, "It's a chrome thing".

I worked closer with Valley City for nearly 20 years and in all that time they never failed to deliver. The company leadership and their dedicated team of associates will do everything in their power to help you and your company be successful. Quality work at a fair price.

They are most horrible company out there. They lie about pay. Treat there employees horrible. They push them till they get hurt or hurt someone else. They will write u up just before they fire u. And if u don't sign the write ups the forge ur signature. They are one the worst company's around. I see them going under soon. They are losing business fast from there competition.

At the suggestion of a VCP client, I took a career change and started working at Valley City on January 11, 2016. Since then, I have worked my way up with the support of the owners and VCP team to a supervisory position. They truly support their employee and the continued growth of the company. It has never been more apparent that they treat us like family than during COVID shutdown.

Their employees were their first priority and they spent countless hours ensuring that all of us were taken care of. The future is bright for Valley City and I am thankful to be a part of the VCP family.

I worked here in college and came back after because the environment is truly unique. With the wellness programs, benefits, PPE assistance, and bonus structure they are an employer that cares as much for their employees and as they their customers. I look forward to many more years in the VCP family!

I have had the pleasure of doing business with VCP for almost 20 years. In this time they have continuously been one of our top suppliers. They have been easy to work with and are very collaborative in coming up with solutions and improvements to our product offerings. Ownership clearly takes care of their employees as is reflected in the attitudes of the employees at all levels.

The only reason I give this company a one star is because the front desk was the rudest person I've ever met in my life. As if it was a convenience to even look in my direction let alone talk to me. I'm so sorry ma'am I took you away from whatever it was that you were doing to inquire about a job to work there. I now see why you guys pay so much because otherwise everyone would walk out with how rude your front desk person is. You should post for a new person that has the ability to smile, open the glass window, and is somewhat inviting.
