Purchased batteries online-- one unit won't old a charge. Asked for replacement and they indicated that warranty replacement not approved because they were in series (it is a 6V battery; I place in series with the same batteries purchased at same time). When the batteries work- they are great (I have over 20), but it you get a defective one don't expect them to honor the warranty and you end up with a $450 paperweight
