Had a great experience with these individuals they give us exactly what we needed at a super reasonable price it literally half of what it would have cost to go to home Depot or Lowe's. the products are high quality and they are willing to work with you no matter what.

I honestly think they try hard to for fill the customers' requests, but they're often inefficient. I ordered a large order of wood, was promised 2 to 4 week delivery. After 3 months and several calls, I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. It was only after this that they contacted me, and finally delivered the wood. Some of the wood was incorrect, and they are working with me to make it right at no charge. So, I think their hearts are in the right place, but don't expect excellence with regard to delivery times and/or correctness of the order itself. Also, although they discount your order if you pay in advance of delivery, I don't recommend that method. They did give me a small discount for the late delivery.

I always have trouble with these people. I will call and place an order. They say ok and promise to call back with a delivery date. They never do. Over the past month (August 2017) I have called twice and asked when they will deliver my order. They have still not responded. I'm not sure why they say they will deliver what they don't have, but they do. Unfortunately, it appears that if I trust them, I will still be waiting for firewood when the snow is piled high.

Decent prices, but terrible customer service. Was told 2 weeks and ended up taking over 7 weeks for a relatively small order. Never once had anyone call to inform me of delays, and often wouldn't return my phone calls. Waited about 30 minutes for wood to be loaded once it was finally ready, because employees were loading company trailers rather than prioritizing customers. I'm wondering if all this hassle was because I pre-paid? Would not recommend this business.

Awesome folks - patient while searching for the best for the design - helped me without even being able to ask (tipped him) load the wood (big since I have an injury) - price was fair - 2x12s where dry and mold free and awesome lookin.

Had the rough cut lumber we have been searching everywhere for. Prices are fair and the service was good. Definitely going back there for my future wood purchases.

They had set racks of firewood but I just asked for some cutoffs for hunting campfire. They looked over At the cutoff irregular plies and pointed to one. Was perfect and price was great, I am looking at stopping there again for campfire wood.

Raul of United Wood Products stands behind his products. We purchased a 3 rail fence well over 300 feet long. After 5 years we had rotting occur. Raul determined the preservative was incorrectly applied and replace the whole lot without charge to me. This is an ethical company who honors its customers with great customer service and stands behind its intended quality.

I bought two cords of mixed wood from these guys. That was the fattest two cords anyone has ever bought! I asked them if it was really only two, and they swore it was, but it is what other guys around here have called 3.5 cords. Great value!

I purchased some fence posts in here recently and was a little disappointed at my experience. The guy running the inside shop says he will radio someone to come help load me. After I am half way done he finally shows up and later I discover at home he loaded some of the crappy posts that I had already picked around. Posts that were horribly split and warped no less.

Then I also discovered they had mixed 4 inch posts with the 3 inch posts so I brought home a few of the wrong ones also. Pretty disappointing way to run a business in my opinion. Would think twice before I bought anything again at this place.
