Really disappointed with this company. Went in here for an estimate and was "greeted" by the woman at the front desk by her doing "rock paper scissor" with the other employee to see which of them would have to deal with us. Thankfully we didn't speak to her. The guy we met with (Kevin) seemed really nice and knowledgeable. We spent about 30 min going over what we wanted and he said he would get back to us ASAP with an estimate.
We didn't hear from him for over two weeks before we decided to call. He was very apologetic and stated he would come to our house to complete the estimate the following day. He never ended up coming nor did he call to say wasn't. I heard customers saying not to use this company but the reviews made me think twice and give them a shot. Lesson learned.
