Bison is amazing to work with. It's a super high quality product that's easy to use. But even more than that the team at the warehouse is exceptional, They are prompt to respond, friendly, and even when I didn't have my ducks in a row they made time to address my order and saved me a ton of time. Now that I've installed you Cumaru floor system I have nothing but respect for Bison. It starts with great people. Your warehouse team is a delight to deal with. I had to take my order in 3 pick-ups so I had plenty of chances to meet the team. They were courteous, quick, efficient, helpful, and gave me a glimpse on occasion that they are having fun in their work.
The pick list was easy to understand and the online how to videos are right on point. Your material was well packaged and well labeled. While I assembled the floor I noticed the attention to detail of the tiles and pedestals was top of the line. It all fit very well and with the proper attention to detail I ended up with a level, solid, and beautiful floor team! A great big thanks to Bison and you team.
