Initial contact and engineering was great! We received engineered plans and a final bid in two weeks. We made several phone calls and confirmed a final measure and delivery date. Five days before the delivery date they suddenly couldn't find my name in the system. With proof of emails and phone messages they said sorry they fired a bunch of people and they wouldn't be able to complete my order. Justin is very disrespectful and rude! Nathan was somewhat helpful but very confused on who he talked to and said this happens with every company. I would NEVER recommend Trus-Way for any job!
