Purchased 2 speakers and they are both garbage. Used the first one and it died within 3 months of using it. Began using the second one and it died also within months of using it. Purchased them less than a year ago and the company refuses to exchange them and had the nerve to insult me when I called by giving me instructions on how to operate them. I've purchased many Bluetooth speakers over the years and never had any of them die this quickly.

I rarely write a review, but I feel compelled to because of the positive tech support I've received from TIC. First - the outdoor subwoofer is great! Always connects via bluetooth and has an excellent sound. Second - I've called support twice in the last year, and I've received some of the best customer service that I've ever experienced from any company.
They offered extremely prompt communication and completely solved my issues. In my opinion, TIC is a high integrity company who goes out of their way to satisfy their customers. You can't go wrong working with them.
