Since 1968, Technical Heaters/Thermolab has pioneered the creation of a wide range of electrically heated products that have become indispensable elements in today's world. We manufacture a wide range of heated hoses for Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEMS), Mercury Emissions Monitoring (MERC), Stack Sampling, Diesel Emissions Testing, Food Processing, Hot Melt Systems, Water Transfer among many others.

We also manufacture flexible heaters, including products performing in the diverse fields of Aerospace, Medical Research, Household Appliances, Computers, Instrumentation and Advanced Industrial Manufacturing.
Services
Much of what we produce is custom built to meet a customer's specific problem that we frequently help them evaluate and solve. We bring state-of-the-art technology to bear on such problems, backed by the longest, broadest experience in our ndustry. We manufacture a wide range of heaters, heated hose & tubing, and flexible circuits, including virtually every type of product performing in the diverse fields of Aerospace, Medical Research, Household Appliances, Computers, Instrumentation and Advanced Industrial Manufacturing.
Technical Heaters, Inc. is proud to introduce the new StackFlex heated sample line. With cutting edge technology, the StackFlex line is the best solution for your Continuous Emission Monitoring needs. THI has engineered the StackFlex line with a fast heat-up time and the lightest sample line in the market.
Power density is based on the desired operating temperature, ambient temperature and size of hose. Our engineering staff will help you determine wattage necessary to maintain temperature required for your application. Series 212 Heat/Line Hoses must be controlled to maintain the desired operating temperature and to ensure operation within design limits. A sensor for the controller is installed in the hose during construction, and unless otherwise specified, is located 2 ft.
Model 500 Heat/Line hose features a bendable, smooth bore stainless steel tube for use in fixed applications where tubing is to be bent to the desired configuration and where flexibility is not required. Unique features include a built-in electrical heating element which provides temperatures up to 600 degrees F (315 degrees C).
