Had windows installed over 15 years ago by Superior. Last couple of years had some minor problems. Due to the shutdown of the manufacturer because of COVID I was having delays in getting repairs/replacement. As soon as the owner of Superior Products, John Wilson, became aware of the problem he personally got involved. He came to our house, saw the problem and immediately contacted the installation contractor.
Within three days all the repairs were made and the one window which had lost its seal was replaced. When Mr. Wilson says Superior Products guarantees the products and installation he means what he says and follows through until the customer is satisfied. Highly recommend this company.

Superior was OUTSTANDING! John and his entire team are respectful, take care of the customer along with amazing installation. Superior Products Exteriors made our house look amazing with new siding and shutters! John Wilson is honest and responsive to any requests, even having his crew come back to make a small change in the trim after the job was complete! The crew - Glen, Brooklyn and Craig- were professional, courteous and thorough and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards! We are so pleased with the job Superior Products did on our home!

We reached out to Shane White with superior products to help us figure out how we were going to afford to do the exterior of our home. He delivered that and so much more. We were only expecting to be able to afford the siding but to our surprise we were able to afford a new roof and all new windows and get it financed! All of of employees were so nice and did an amazing job on every aspect of the house!
This has been a huge blessing, we thought this was a long term goal and it's already done! I'm so excited to see this transformation on our home! If your doing house work PLEASE reach out to these guys, they made it sooo easy, I just picked colors and they did it all!

Superior Products helped us fix up our new house. They replaced our whole roof and a number of windows. They were great to work with. Shane & Clint were both nice, helpful, & professional people. The roofing crew were SPECTACULAR! That crew was quick, but took pride in making sure they did an excellent job. I just had windows installed by superior last week. Extremely happy! Shane White was a our sales rep and did an amazing job with his presentation. he sat with us for 2 hours and was very patient and at the end was the best price. John Wilson came out and did the measuring and scheduled install that day! Our new windows were installed in 1 day! I already notice a difference. Highly recommend!
