I was at Super Stone this afternoon to buy two 5- gallon buckets of pigmented concrete sealer to restore my faded driveway. I spoke to Jeanine, who was at the front desk. She was able to readily answer all of my questions with good humor and professionalism. They also have all of the painting tools you need for your specific job at very reasonable prices. I recommend them to all without any reservations.

The products are good but the incredibly unprofessional, rude and condescending lady that works in the front desk makes me take my business somewhere else regardless the quality of the product. I refuse to be spoken down to from a company I CHOSE to give my business to. There are other choices and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I showed up right on closing time to the store but the lady at the desk kindly agreed to serve me and assured me my purchase would be dispatched by the warehouse. She and the gentleman from the warehouse patiently attended my order and I left with a second purchase to recoat my driveway in a nice silver color.

I bought a gallon of driveway paint. I requested a specific color and they gave me the can with the color name on it, however the can contained a bright white color of paint. I left the paint with my painter and when I got back I realized it was the wrong color. I took it back to them just trying to get the right color and they insisted that the color in the can was the correct one. i have bought many cans before from this place, and it was insulting that they did not try to satisfy a loyal customer.

Horrible customer service lady. They do not appreciate your business. What bothers me the most is Product is overrated I'm glad she didn't let me in the door a minute after closing time after I drove 45 minutes because I used sherwin Williams and was a lot less with a homeowners coupon and i got a better result

Super pleased with the product & customer service.
