Leonard Polster founded Mason Structural Steel, Inc. in 1958. The facility was 5,000 square feet. In the beginning, the company sold steel products to mason contractors, thus the name "Mason".

Our Project Manager said the stone for our fireplace was supposed to be delivered last week. He said he just received a call and said the stone we picked out will take an additional 2 months. Our closing date is this Friday but supposedly they just found out 1 week before closing the stone is 2 months delayed.

Thank you Wayne! I called to place a service call because I was feeling some draftiness around my fireplace. Wayne walked me through how to solve what ended up being a very simple and common problem - over the phone! Saved me the time and the money. I will look for ways to do business with this company in the future! Update - September 6, 2019 - I called in again today.
We were having a difficult time taking out the glass in the fireplace to clean it. We read the manual, searched YouTube videos, did everything but could not figure it out. So, of course, I called Wayne again. In five minutes, I had the glass out of the fireplace and a recommendation of what to use for cleaning it. Thank you again. I couldn't post a second review, but if I could they would both be 5 stars!

Want to design and put in a new fireplace? Or perhaps hardscape your backyard? This is the place to go for sure. Really cool showroom with knowledgeable staff. They will also recommend people to contact beyond the scope of what they do. I love the displays out front of various hardscaping and retaining walls and outdoor fireplaces. Puts me in the backyard entertaining mood!

I had a service call scheduled for today for a gas fireplace, I took a vacation day to be here for the service call. Mason Structural Steel called this morning to cancel because of a "sick employee". Now I am out of a vacation day and the fireplace is still broken. I will not use Mason in the future and I highly recommend that you rethink using them also.
