Our template process is very cutting edge - pun intended. A mobile template van arrives at your home or business, using computer aided design (CAD) to cut out mylar plastic sheets that are brought back into the house. This gives you the opportunity to see accurate, full-sized shapes of your countertops and make any adjustments before the stone is cut.
Working with Stoneworks has been a completely successful and very happy experience. We renovated the kitchen of our vacation home 1000 miles away from our full time residence. All of the work was done remotely with help from Kim Thorn. She was efficient, friendly, professional and incredibly reliable to work with.

Horrible business practices. They charge thousands of dollars more but went with them because my contractor "preferred to work with them". After I got the quote and signed off and was ready to cut a check for deposit instructed in contract they then informed me the bill would be sent to my contractor. I said that would mean the contractor would add that to his total bill which he charges 20 percent on top of the quote.

So now they want me to pay thousands more plus 20 percent? They tried to explain that my contractor got a discount and passed it on to us. Are you kidding me. Very Angry with the lack of transparency amongst other things. Long story short, because they did not honor price I signed off on and all parties agreed upon, I cancelled and they added insult to injury by charging me a restocking fee of 30 percent. Since then I've gotten a quote of a bit over of $10,000 for my materials and fabrication. Stone Works estimate was over $19,000.

Great experience from initial consultation to completing the sale with installation. Sales rep (Kim Thorne) was professional, very knowledgeable and responsive to our requests and needs.

We were very satisfied with the Quartz selection and installation by Stoneworks. Our project was on a very tight timeline. From the sales team and schedulers to onsite project installation, Stoneworks ensured we had a timely installation. There were a few glitches along the way, but instead of delays, Stoneworks delivered and installed AHEAD of schedule.

We were very impressed with the quality of work and care taken during installation and even more pleased with their pricing. We found it to be fair, coming in lower than direct competition. We're just about to call them for another project. would highly recommend!

Great experience working with Rhonda Schwartz at Stoneworks on a kitchen in Beaufort. The counters are beautiful. We were working with a tight budget and Stoneworks was able to connect me with Garpa in Savannah to find the right stone and then do the fabrication and installation all on time and within budget! Definitely recommend this company!

In March of 2020, we decided to redo our kitchen during the pandemic. We contacted most of the countertop people in the Hilton Head and Savannah vicinity and decided to use Stone Works (Kim and Josh). They spent so much time with us in order to make us happy and helped with the design of the kitchen that we wanted. Stone Works is the only company that uses the most up to date computer programs and equipment in this area.

Everything they did was perfect and they made our kitchen work with the greatest of ease. They accommodated us and explained every detail so that we could have the kitchen we wanted. There is a lot of more too counter tops than the average person realizes and if you want a stress-free experience you have to use Stone Works. We interviewed about 20 counter top companies and found Stone Works to be the best.

Some of our neighbors used other companies that their only criteria were based on price but in the long run they paid a lot more for all the problems they had. To the best of my knowledge Stone works utilizes a sophisticated computer template machine that measures and makes it possible to have accurate templates of your counter tops so that they fit perfectly.

They also have a team ( Josh ) who uses a cad program and shows you the end product before they even make one cut. The counter tops were so perfect you could not fit a piece of paper between the cuts nor can you even see them. They are the best.

We had a great experience working with Stoneworks when replacing our kitchen countertop. Rhonda Schwartz was really good at helping us select our stone and her design suggestions were perfect. All the people we worked with, from Brian to the installers and fabricators were responsive, reliable and they all wore masks which we really appreciated. We're so happy we discovered Stoneworks and their wonderful staff.

We recently had new countertops fabricated and installed by StoneWorks. They did a wonderful job. Martha was our project manager, and she was responsive and gave excellent guidance in helping us through the process. The installers were very pleasant and friendly and took great care. We are so pleased with the end result, and we would use this company again without any hesitation.

We've had two successful experiences with StoneWorks: total renovation of our galley kitchen, and a master bath upgrade--new vanity with custom vanity top and two sinks. Our sales person, Martha Moore, did a great job of helping us select beautiful materials, including quartz countertops and an elegant, crackle glazed tile for the kitchen backsplash.

There is so much to choose from at StoneWorks. Every step of the process was handled well and everyone there, from salespeople, to scheduler, to installers, are very courteous and nice. Recommend them highly!

We are new to the area and our neighbors recommended Stoneworks to us. They installed countertops in our outdated kitchen and we could not be happier with their product as well as the service they provided. The end Results Exceeded our Expectations. Our sales person Kim and her colleagues were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Bob our "Demolition Man" was the Best. I would highly recommend Stoneworks to anyone looking install counters. We will definitely use them for our Future Projects!

Stoneworks overall did an amazing job on our kitchen. Rhonda coordinated the project in a professional and personal manner. Mitch took the two slabs of granite and designed the layout so that the seams are almost invisible. The installers were very careful and definitely cared about the quality of their work. They have a massive assortment of materials to choose from. Highly recommend them and will no doubt use them when we renovate our master bath.

We are very pleased with the customer service we received at StoneWorks! Barbara was are sales associate and was very helpful with our selections, and quickly got our quote to us so we could start the process. Andy, the CEO, went above and beyond to make sure things went well for us after a small glitch. We have already scheduled our next project with StoneWorks!

I recently worked with Stoneworks remotely. Sales understood my needs and responded quickly with appropriate choices. Worked well with my contractor and handled a last minute change order. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Just last week I completed my 4th project with StoneWorks, why do I use them? Because I can be finished start to finish in one week! It is important to me to not have my rentals torn apart waiting on counter tops for an extended period of time, they measure one week and install on the same day the following week, I do not live on HHI full time and they make it easy to take care of over the phone and by email, thank you StoneWorks!

Not good service. We were walk in customers and no one available to help us. They have 8 sales people and none were there and no one to help us. I was told one appointment at 2pm but costumer was not there and neither the sales person. So we walked across the street to Distinctive Granite and Marble/ AGM. Very helpful immediately and we got remnants for our job. Don't go the StoneWorks

I wish I had read reviews of Stoneworks before using them. The reviews listed here are CORRECT! I went on word of mouth recommendations -- and was extremely disappointed. Stoneworks has premium turnkey pricing but they offer a Lowes DIY experience. First, they were two hours late for a first thing in the morning install. No call. ZERO apology. But in retrospect, that is where they were most professional. Second, on a simple bathroom vanity install.

They cut it wrong -- TWICE -- even though they templated and I was without water in my bathrooms for two weeks. Never again. Oh and I won't even go into the "blame the client" dance they did at the end. Ridiculous. Finally -- they wasted hours upon hours of my time -- because as they fixed all their problems it was me who was stuck in my place supervising or running to their store.

I demanded to talk to the owner before I paid -- he didn't really care. Honestly -- horrible experience -- I told him I would never recommend them. Maybe they get enough business from old word of mouth that it doesn't matter -- but this business has definitely declined versus the word of mouth I have heard. I would never use them again. Buyer beware.

My countertops stained the same day they were installed from a little bit of water. The salesperson said they would dry out but the stain remained. Over the next few months the entire counter darkened beyond recognition. After several sales people were perplexed by the darkening and after I called them for several months they finally had the owner came out.

Even though his workers noticed the darkening he refused to acknowledge the problem and admit any fault. He was quite rude to me. I would say the customer service was great when I was purchasing from them and horrible insulation. I have since heard several bad reports about Stoneworks. I wish I had never even switched out my counters.

We have used StoneWorks for many years for several remodeling projects on our house, however, the last remodel was unfortunately disaster because of StoneWorks. We worked with the same salesperson whom we have used in the past and had a great relation with. We selected all of our marble for our master bath remodeling. The floor marble was selected from samples that we're available in the store.

When the marble tile arrived the sales person didn't check the lot. The contractor was not aware of the tile selected. The tile was picked up by the tile person and was installed. When the contractor saw it he realized that it was a mistake because it was the ugliest marble one can imagine. He sent photos to us and we agreed that it was terrible.

We both contacted StoneWorks and the sales person apologized for the error taking responsibility. The owner, however Mr Blazegar stated that his company bore no responsibility and that we were "childish" if we thought so. It is hard to believe that an owner with that attitude can garner business. I doubt that he will have ours in the future. He does not stand behind his company's errors and even takes the offensive.

Worst customer service in my 60 years of decor. Karen balled up her eyes as if to say she hates her job selling the stone. I should have left then. I was then quoted a price of $980.00 for a remnant 17x70. I pointed out they were charging me for three edges and I only needed one because the first two were already done. With hate in her face, she admitted I was right and lowered it to $600.00.

They said they would call when the one piece was cut. No call, then a week later I called. With total rudeness, they said it would be ready next week. When I got there, Shannon was prancing directly in front of our vehicle smoking her cigarette and refusing to move her elongated frame with her high heels except to come over when we finally parked to ask what our business was there.( again very hateful).

She then went into an office, we followed and was rudely tossed out. We went into the next room, what appeared to be a showroom. Karen told us, we had to go to the vehicle, stand outside the vehicle and look for them to bring our piece.(46 degrees out with strong wind). I got inside the truck, my 66 year old husband abided by their command and waited another 20 minutes.

Two men brought the piece out and leaned it against the side of our truck bed. They kept saying it was going to break in transit but refused to tell us what we needed to do or get for safe transit 1 hour away. I said no one told us what to bring, we assumed it would lay flat in our bed. They took no interest in helping us and spoke only to each other.

They left without saying anything to us. My husband tied a small rope around it and we fortunately made it home. I wish I could report all of them, but realize they are family owned and run and until a customer focused stone company comes to Hilton Head, it will always be this way. Take you business to Savannah or elsewhere it you need to be treated like a human. If I had not already paid early in the sale, I would have told them to take the money and where to stick it.

This business is horrific. They have both tremendous shortcomings in their service and operation sections. Our countertop backsplash was miss-cut and they replaced it with a scrap piece from their yard waste/remnant. They were suppose to install at 3:00 pm but they arrived very late and started the install after 7 pm and left our home after 11:30 pm.

After three weeks we finally got them to acknowledge that they had not completed the job. When they sent out the replacement backsplash, it was the wrong color. Finally, they found a remnant piece that was close in color. Before they ever started the work, StoneWork recommended and coordinated for a sub contractor to come and remove our old countertop. Unfortunately, sub contractor wasn't licensed for our area and said their wasn't enough money in it to come.

We should have known then that StoneWork was not a company to do business with. When we brought all of the shortcomings and failures to the owner, he simply made excuses. Buyers / users beware. This is not a highly polished and professional business as StoneWork tries to present themselves. All I can say, is, just don't do it --- you may be very sorry! If 1/2 a star were available, based on our horrific experience, that about their level of execution and product delivery StoneWorks Inc. earned.
