I walked in to their busy store. I first thought getting service might take long but I stood waiting. To my pleasant surprise a sales assoc quickly greeted me and we discussed my needs. After listening to my needs, he took and fulfilled my order swiftly. Considering the customer traffic I was pleased with the speed and accuracy.

The initial interaction was a bit lacking, but they are usually very helpful if you ask. They can be busy at times so expect to wait your turn. They have a pretty good selection of accessories and tools and they have a warehouse full of wood. You can just walk on out and find what you need if you don't want to ask. They were able to help me match up the hardwood in my 50 year old house without a problem and returned what I didn't use without an issue. They are a Saw Stop dealer too if that interests you.
