Splash My husband and I dropped by Splash just to check out the showroom. We were greeted by Tanya and ended up spending over 2 hours with her discussing and ordering our bathroom fixtures. We bought lights, a medicine cabinet, sink and vanity, towel rack/ grab bar, shower rod, hand held shower with all the plumbing need to change out old ones and a small towel holder. She was incredibly helpful ascthis was not a full bath replacement. We initially met with Ed, who measured and explained the process and timeline which was very accurate.

Customer service was excellent. Lots of options to choose from. Learned more in one hour than I have in 6 weeks dealing with other places

In my opinion, there is NO ONE better at bath design than Lynn! She helped me do both of my baths, and they could not have turned out any better! She knows plumbing inside and out and is definitely who I will continue to do business with, now and in the future.

The bigger lady seems to live a very miserable life as she thought it would be fun to make a huge scene at 9am on a Saturday morning. Some young adults were sitting in their vehicle looking up directions in one of their assigned parking spaces. I'm sure any reasonable person would very SIMPLY move out of the way for anyone trying to park in that spot.

As the young adults decided to be the bigger people, they went around front to park on the main road. She followed them to the front of the store to continue harassing them and pretend like she was calling the police. Waste tax payers dollars on a situation that could have been handled much more professional. Very bad representation for the company as my work uses Masi services. I honestly felt bad for her. I genuinely hope she has better days.

The big lady is rude wouldn't want to talk to her. Seen her go outback to yell at these kids who looked lost and were looking up where to go. Then she got on the phone looking like she was about to call the cops lol.

Ed, the owner, is awesome. Two employees came to my home to redo my bathroom and I was very impressed. They kept everything extremely clean with no messes at all. They were very friendly and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I am very impressed by my experiences here. It has taken me a little over a year to come back and write this review. They were on the more expensive side but came with recommendations from two different friends. Overall THEY DO GREAT WORK AND STAND BY WHAT THEY BUILD. I wanted to get my bathroom completely remodeled, and we spent a while on the showroom floor discussing our homes needs, preferences, and wishes.

They came back with an estimate and after some tweaking we agreed on a price and build. It came out beautifully. But also importantly, when i found minor mistakes or unexpected issues in the new bathroom, they were quick to respond and fix them even a year later. I'm glad they stand by their work and will use them again in the future.

I just read the 4 reviews of Splash and I couldn't disagree with them more! I have worked with Tanya Ricard at Splash on several projects, including a new construction Master Bath in NH. Her advice, wisdom and overall knowledge of layout, plumbing products like faucets/toilets/sinks/vanities, tile and then the implementation was bar none exceptional!

She was patient, helpful, readily available -- and quick to address issues with solutions. Her communications skills are the best -- and Splash's prices are very competitive. I've also several conversations with the owners-- and they were great at advising me on steam showers, faucets, and tankless water heaters. In fact, we recently bought a retirement home in another state, and I went back to Splash and Tanya to help me with both bathrooms -- Tanya literally re-designed both bathrooms. Give Splash a chance.work with Tanya who has 'plumbing' in her genes -- because we've done many re-models and even a year later, I LOVE the finished products.

I had purchased three bathrooms and a kitchen sink from these folks, spent thousands. I went back today to see if I could get some replacement parts. They didn't bother to raise a hand to help. While I was speaking to the sales rep, the owner came into the room and spoke past me to the sales rep (his brother) with no regard for me. I will NEVER walk into that store again!

Today I went in to check out a bath tub I was interested in. I was thinking it was going to be a quick in and out based on the reviews. But I am happy to say that Ed was very helpful answering all my questions and even giving suggestions on better options. I'll be going back the again.

Stay far away from this company, office personal are rude, and if the Plummer doesn't get the job he will call the building inspector and file a complaint! Ha jokes on them, no need for a permit if your not changing anything, haha! A official complaint will be made with the state board on this company so they will stop pulling this on other folks.

The best thing about this store is the showroom. They have quality bath and kitchen items to consider. The employee who helped me was knowledgable and spent a great deal of time helping me with my purchase. I knew I was overpaying for each Toto sink by about $100 above the on-line price, but was told they would be first quality and guaranteed. I was willing to over pay for quick delivery and good service.

I picked up the sinks (after being lost for a while finding the pick-up location) and kept them in the boxes for a few days before I opened them. One was defective with bubbles around the rim that would show when the sink was installed. Everyone at the store was so surprised that the Toto sink was defective. So they made arrangements to get another sink. 2 days later I drove the long distance to return and pick-up the new sink.

No one could find it. So they ordered another one. I was totally bummed. I picked Up the replacement a few days later and when I returned home called to say the stock numbers were the same, but the sizes of the boxes were different. I was assured they were the same sink. 3 weeks later when the sinks were installed, the Ripano installer (fabulous) came to me with bad news.

The sinks were not the same size. One was 1 inch wider than the other so the overhang of the granite wasn't equal. I was red with disbelief. Several phone calls later they told me I could hire another plumber to remove the sink and exchange it. Draw your own conclusions on the service of the store, how far you should travel to do your business here, and the responsibility one needs to take in making purchases.

Mixed review. The two women in the store who helped us on more than one occasion were always helpful, friendly, and polite. Yet, when there was a mistake made on the store's end, and we tried to get a refund of what we had paid, it took two emails and a phone call. Then the man who helped on the phone, Bob. was angry and mad. When I asked him why, he replied, because you said you had paid cash and that was not true. Well, I hadn't said that, but there was no convincing him.

So even though we had to wait until the end of April to get our money back on a Feb 17, 2015 deposit, we were the ones verbally berated. We'll go elsewhere next time; it's just not worth the hassle and the poor treatment.

Unfortunate service, great items. I've gone in with family to purchase quality items but those working were quite rude and treated us as though we weren't worth the effort of assisting. It's really too bad because we were remodeling and hoping to get a claw foot tub as well as a new sink. Budget was not an issue although we were treated as though we weren't worth the time. We ended up going to a similar facility in Boston with our service. Too bad though, it would have been nice to support a local business in our area.
