We had Wehrung's design our kitchen remodel and the experience was incredible. Robin was our designer and her attention to detail and effort in making sure everything was taken care of could not have been better. They made such a potentially daunting process so easy. The home store also had so many great brands to choose from. If you are considering remodeling, you should support this local business. Highly recommended.

Wherung's delivered $2,000 of posts with a dump truck and dumped them in my driveway. Rude and unacceptable!

Go elsewhere - I was charged twice for the item that just happened to be most expensive of the things I bought. When I noticed I was told that this happened all the time. When I asked why I wasn't told / why the employees don't double check the receipt it was suddenly an "IT problem", "IT never come over to this store" - "but it is fixed now". Lies and dishonesty piled on deception.

Most repellant is that I got a reply from the "assistant manager" who offered me 10% discount without me actually telling hm what the problem was. I won't be going back. Make sure you check your receipt before you leave.

I've been doing business with Wehrungs for several years. They have always had a good selection of tools and other work related supplies. They keep me updated with e-mails of upcoming events and whats happening at the other Wehrung businesses. The customer service is also responsive.

I thought I wrote a review before so, I love this store. It's clean, organized and the staff is great! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Devon in the paint dept. Always goes above and beyond to answer questions. So rather go to this local store than a big box store. Thank you for everything!

1st time there to see a friend who works there. The store is huge and has everything even more than a Lowe's or Depot. Well organized too.

Extremely over-priced and it took a solid half hour to get 3 pieces of plywood. None of the employees knew what was going on and they all sent me in different directions until a kid finally, reluctantly helped me. He was cursing me off under his breath just because he had to do his job lol.

Great rural home center. Family owned. Great staff. Good selection, great prices. They also have a lot of other businesses in the area including promotional products, custom windows, cabinetry, and precast.

Always a pleasurable experience when I come here. This weekend I rented a Pole Saw to trim some trees. Tyler in the Rental Department was a huge help. He was very professional. He made sure the saw was filled with gas and workeding properly before I left. Their supply, prices and customer service are much better than any other Home Supply store I use to frequent. Thank you.

Clean, well stocked store with prices that are about the same as other stores in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. They carry a good selection of big brands. (Kreg, Stihl, Festool, and more) Great for small and large projects from start to finish.

In any other time, this is a great place, but while we are under the COVID cloud, this is a dangerous place. The staff does not wear masks appropriately (only covering their mouths) and customers often do not wear any masks at all. The election was two months ago so it is time to follow generally accepted health guidelines rather than making political statements at the expense of store customers.

I've always had a wonderful experience at the Ottsville location when there in person for 20 years. My review is based on my own professional experience, not as a homeowner. They have a great yard, store, and selection of materials. It's as good as it can get shopping in person. But the sales service on larger orders over phone is lousy.

Delivery times have been mislead by a half a day, no follow up phone calls on mistakes, and drivers don't call prior to material drops. Something other yards do as standard practice. Everyone is nice and helpful, but seemed to be stretched thin on dedication to customer questions. I wouldn't hesitate to continue to purchase there in the future, but not on larger delivery packages. I'll continue to use other yards who have dedicated contractor salesmen.

Short and sweet - More expensive than big box home improvement stores but it's local while they are 30 minutes away.

Wehrung's is a local home center business. If you live in one of the upper bucks river communities chances are you have been to Wehrung's. The prices are a little higher than the big stores, but, you don't have to trek 25 miles to get there. When you consider the price of gas, it's pretty much a wash. As far as deliveries go, I have never had a problem.

I find them to be honest and friendly and always willing to order an item if they do not have it in stock. Wehrung's is also very community minded and generous to local charities and non-profits. I will always support a local business if possible, especially one that gives back to the community.

Prices are fair but service is absolutely the worst. Delivers are never on time. When you call to confirm deliveries you are flat out lied to on a regular basis. I personally will be paying a little more money to receive better service going forward.
