While building a new deck, I reached out to Specialty Wood Products in a bind after a disastrous experience with Lowes and they were AMAZING to work with -- high quality products, good selection, excellent customer service, and very reasonable prices. I wish I'd just started the project with SWP in the first place!

Last year, durning Covid, we built a new deck and I have been meaning to review and thank Josh and his company Specialty Wood Products for all of their fabulous help, advice and service. They have excellent and superior products, TimberTech, KDAT lumber, Ozco & Simpson hardware, Vycor, RDI Posts & rails, etc. We are so happy and pleased with every part of working and buying from them, their delivery and over the top customer service and staff! Brian at Specialty Wood Products went above and beyond to help us with a small order. We were trying to match some 1970s board and batten plywood to re-side the west side of our house, without having to replace the siding on the entire house. The plywood is just over 8', so it was difficult to find anywhere. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed and said he would call around to their suppliers and try to track it down.

I totally expected to never hear from him again, but just a couple of hours later he called back and had found a perfect match. I am so grateful for the customer service we received from him and the people there when we picked up our order a couple of days later. Our house looks.well.1970s again :

I just have to say that SWP is the best place to get your deck material. If you're not getting here then you're probably paying too much. In shopped around and found them to be cheaper for the same material with Trex Transcend decking and railing parts, KDAT lumber, and fasteners and hardware. I dealt with Jeff who was very knowledgeable and helpful and got my orders correct 100% of the time. Trust me this is where you want to get your material - not Home Depot with their high prices for Trex and that crappy PT lumber.

After weeks of the run around from Home Depot, Specialty Wood Products saved my deck project. I had all we needed for the deck within 2 days of calling and for a better price. I needed them 2 more times for smaller orders and each time they were prompt with delivery and have great prices. I won't hesitant to use them for all my future projects.

Always been a pleasure to deliver products to their receiving team. Every week. They work hard and efficient. I see a lot of good reviews from their customers as well so I believe the are a great company, and have helped several people with their product needs.

This place is Awesome! They carry many deck and related building products and fasteners. I needed a section of steel deck railing. They had it in stock! Saved my day. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be going back for more specialty and decorative wood products.
