This was a very informative and positive experience. We were having issues with our gas fireplace not turning on or turning off randomly and this made me very nervous. The team reassured me of the safety features my unit has then, not only fixed the issue but cleaned the fireplace and glass leaving it looking much better than when he arrived. Thanks for educating me and taking care our unit. Very pleased. Highly recommend this company.

I just got a gas insert installed yesterday. I had several quotes by different companies and Specialty Gas was by far the most comprehensive and reasonably priced. Putting in the insert turned out to be much more difficult than anyone anticipated, and the gentlemen who came to my house were exceptional. I would have been a raving lunatic, but they kept their cool, and got the job done. 5 stars, for sure!

Knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and no nonsense. My recent experience with my technician Grant and Specialty Gas House as a whole was close to perfect. The estimation effort was clear and certain, and the entire cost was less than half of other estimates received (sought 3 total estimates for the job.) Job was a gas line install of approximately 25 ft, two shut off valves, and installation/setup of gas log set and burner.
Our technician, Grant, was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He respected my request for a mask in the home, and he was completed with the job within 3 hours. He even took the time to explain the maintenance of the set. The only thing I wish could've been done differently is knowing about SGH before I purchased my burner kit privately. I was informed that I may have paid slightly less for the installation effort and there's an extended warranty if doing both purchase and install.

We have been using Specialty Gas House for years. They are always courteous and friendly. This year we had a small concern about our fireplace. Our technician Rob not only fixed the problem; but took time to explain what happened and what we can do to prevent the issue in the future. We really appreciate the time and care he showed for us!

We had Specialty Gas House install gas logs at our old house last year. I really wanted a fireplace here and had no idea what to do. There was a wood stove here when we moved in. Specialty Gas House suggested getting the mantle and gas insert. I could not be happier. It is beautiful and the installer's were fantastic.

Our experience with Specialty Gas House was superb! We wanted a gas log set, but did not know much about them. After visiting the showroom, we felt completely informed and had all of our questions answered. We made an appointment to have ours installed. Communication along the way was excellent, and installation was on time and flawless. We now have a beautiful, warm, safe, vent-free gas log fireplace. Thank you Rob, all the techs, and Wayne for a great install.
