Silicon Valley Granite

Someone on the NextDoor app directed us to Silicon Valley Granite when we put out a post asking for leads on good granite suppliers and installers. Silicon Valley Granite came heartily recommended. I'm so glad we followed up with SVG. They had an enormous selection of slabs at competitive prices. We chose some Azul Pearl slabs well in advance of needing them.

When the time came, Sridhar Kollareddy, the owner, told us he had a new shipment of Azul Pearl and the slabs were more beautiful. He was so right. He could have let us settle on the first selection, but he cared enough to make our project the best it could be. Our job included a custom fireplace surround. Alajandro, one of Sridhar's fabricators, took on the task and designed the fireplace so it has NO visible seams.

It's a masterpiece. Later on we managed to chip the granite and Alajandro returned to repair it expertly. We're going to be living with this granite for many, many years. So happy we love it. Thanks, Sridhar!

Awesome store with a lot of variety, glad we found this place although accidently, after having visited pretty much most granite selling stores in Santa Clara, San Jose area, Mr Sridhar (the owner) is very helpful and awesome to work with. he gave us a fair price and had suggestions all the way in the process of granite and tile selection.

We purchased all of our stone countertops from Sridhar at SVG, and we are delighted with not only the stone, but the fabrication (done by Marcos at Sridhar's yard). Sridhar knows every slab in his yard, and will give you honest advice and a fair price. He held back an additional slab for our project in case we needed more, and kept all slabs in his yard for many months with no complaint or request to take delivery.

We think this is the best stone yard in the Bay area, having visited nearly all of them, and give SVG the highest rating possible. We have no relationship to SVG or Sridhar other than being very satisfied customers.

Great selection and service by Sridhar. We bought granite from him 2 years ago but he is still our go-to place for any materials like tile, ledger stone etc. The place has an extensive collection and be sure to get your hat while roaming the open gallery!

Enormous selection, friendly and knowledgable staff. Good prices. Low overhead so no bells and whistles. Can also cut/fabricate your template. What else can you ask for?

You could spend days looking through their selection of granite and marble slabs. Prices are flexible. Service and Fabrication is fast. Installation is superior. I highly recommend a visit and can attest to the quality of the experience working with them.

Huge selection, but be sure you wear your sunscreen and hat - it is almost all outside and there is no shade
