I dealt with Keith and Vincent Vasquez and they took care of my issues in a timely manner. I called and within 2 days the work was done. Called Vinny at 9pm yesterday finally ready to do the roof. Vinny got a crew out at 7:30am today, complete removal, waterproofing, ventilation and new install hurricane rates shingles and drip. Completely clean up every last piece of debris and 100% finished by 3pm. Unbelievable service unbelievable crew. I had high expectations and they surpassed all expectations by a long shot. 10/10 best roofing company in Louisiana.

My neighbor used Shifflett Roofing and were very pleased with their work so I went to their website to request a quote. This was on a Sunday, figured I'd hear from them during the week. To my surprise Vincent called me Sunday night, set up an appointment for Tuesday afternoon I had my new GAF roof installed Thursday. Vincent was wonderful to work with, no BS involved now I have a beautiful new roof with the proper ventilation I needed. Thanks Vincent and Shifflet Roofing!

Shifflet roofing provided replacement service on my roof. They used high quality shingles and material to complete a beautiful and long-lasting addition to my home. New siding was also installed after they removed the old siding. They paid attention to detail and you could tell they were experienced by the quality of their work. unbelievable work ethics.

Johnny Dugas and his team with Shifflett Exteriors replaced my entire roof due to damage from Category 4 Hurricane Ida. They did an excellent job replacing both the shingled and flat roof additions (with necessary flashing placement and siding replacement) to my Uptown Victorian. Mr. Dugas was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and prompt. He and his team were also very thoughtful and considerate of my neighbors who live in close proximity. I highly recommend Mr. Dugas and his crew from Shifflett Exteriors for any kind of roof, siding or gutter work.

Beware! Gave me an estimate for a replacement roof and told me 7/10 days. After that time frame had come and gone, I called to find out the status and they tell me it would cost twice as much! Which is 2x more than any of the other estimates I got from other companies. Complete waste of time as they were already way behind schedule. Will be looking for a new, trustworthy roofing company who does not take advantage of people during a devasting hurricane.

I used this company for a total roof replacement. From day one, Tim was extremely professional and did a very thorough inspection. They began work pretty quickly and finished faster than I expected. The quality was fantastic, and the problems that I had with the old roof have been completely solved. I not only recommend him to anyone reading this, I have recommended him to 3 other friends and neighbors who had the same wonderful experience with this company. Don't even call anyone else - use them for all roofing needs. You won't be disappointed!

I found a leak in the torch down rolled roof over our rear gallery. Found Shifflett Roofing on Google and was impressed by the reviews. Tim answered when I called and told me he was in the area. He stopped by a short time later and looked at our roof. Tim said he could fix it but he also recommended a new TPO roof as it would last longer and hold up better in hurricanes.

He gave me a link on TPO roofs so I could do some research. I did and thought it would be a good investment. We agreed on price and Tim had his guys come out 3 days later. They started early in the morning and finished around sundown. The crew was polite, respectful of our plants/yard and very efficient. They even re-secured some loose metal flashing on our parapet. Overall, I was very impressed with Tim and his workers. I will use them in the future on all my properties.

Shifflett Roofing repaired my back roof, and many years later replaced my entire roof after a tornado hit my house. My back roof had been a problem for years. Roof was almost flat with 5 large skylights. From when it was first built, it started leaking around skylights. Over many years roofing companies tried to repair it without success. It was very stressful not being able to have it fixed for any length of time.

Then Shifflett repaired it (a friend recommended Shifflett), and it never leaked again! I was amazed and so grateful. Later, in July 2019, Shifflett Roofing replaced my entire roof and gutters after a tornado hit my house. Tim and Rick did an excellent job, and were so easy to work with. They attended to every detail with superior craftsmanship, and the entire job was finished and area cleaned in a few days. Well priced, beautiful roof, record time, and unmatched service. I called Shifflett with an active roof leak during some bad weather. We worked up a plan and they were on site within days and completed a full roof replacement including a detached garage in one day, with some minor painting done on a second day. Quality of work was phenomenal and I could get John on the phone any time of day to talk about the job. He was extremely transparent and easy to talk to as well.

EDIT: After leaving the review below the owner's brother reached out to me to share that news of serious illness preventing him from doing any roofing work right now. I am editing this on 4/6/21. Hopefully the owner makes a recovery and they are able to move forward with the family business. I appreciated the phone call and grace showed during the call and whenever we do the full replacement I would certainly reach out to them again for a bid if they're still around. Original: We recently purchased a home and the 12 year old roof was installed incorrectly so we are anticipating replacing it earlier rather than later.

Right now we had leak during a recent heavy rainstorm. I selected them for a repair quote based on their high review score (4.9), positive reviews on google, and website promise of free quotes within 24 hours. I left two voicemails and after not hearing from them filled out the form on their website. It has been over a week since my first attempt at contact and they have not replied.

Perhaps they are only interested in complete roof replacements (and not small repairs). This is unfortunately because the replacement is ultimately going to be a big project with a complete redecking when we proceed with a new roof.

Shifflett roofing was great. They came right away and gave us a good quote and recommended the correct materials for our older home. The house has a section with a very steep pitch and also some flat or nearly flat areas and the experts explained what would work best for our situation. We were provided with color samples and even some addresses where we could look at the finished job, so we could choose the shingles we liked best.

The service and work crew were fast and courteous, they cleaned up and were done in 1.5 days. They took care of us from start to finish. We highly recommend Shifflett. The owner Tim and Rick really are professional and provide the best service.

AMAZING! Thank the Google gawds for helping me find Shifflett Roofing. Tim and his crew are super. I had them over to look at repairing the flashing on a couple of chimneys on my new house. Tim gave a very fair price and kindly pointed out some SERIOUS problems that the home inspector skipped over.mainly that someone had put "paint on a pig" to make my back roof look nice when it was actually leaking and almost ready to collapse.

It would have been a disaster. Tim's crew got right to fixing it, installed some nice attic vents and cleaned up all the mess (a key element, if you ask me). Like the other reviews say, Shifflett roofing does speedy, great work, fair prices and they're just really nice people. I'd recommend them to my closest friends.
