Thank you all at Cutwel. You saved the day (and my bacon) I found dealing with Cutwel easy and effortless. I communicated with three different departments and received the same treatment from each. Professional, friendly and all queries sorted quickly. What a confidence boost. I ordered a new milling machine in March, it arrived without ANY TOOLING.
I was mortified to be told the tooling would follow 7 weeks later. The delays worsened so I contacted Cutwel and spoke to Lauren Thomas and Symone Wilkinson in customer care. I received a quote within an hour and was thrilled when I noticed everything except 3 items were actually in stock, with the remainder available within a few days. I spoke to Gemma Pawbus in sales who sorted everything out promptly.
As I live locally I called to pick the parts up and met Bob Pybus in Technical Sales. Again, I experienced the same treatment, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be ordering my tooling through Cutwel in the future. How lucky am I? I only live a few miles away.

The company claims on its website that its staff are an asset. How much of an asset are they when every lunchbreak, whilst in corporate Cutwel clothing, they break the rules of the lockdown by not social distancing whatsoever, car sharing, and walking about in groups? It's a very poor representation of the company and makes you question the level of professionalism when they can't even be responsible enough to follow simple rules to protect others.

I am new to milling and saw the products online as a bit of a minefield. I wanted to talk about my project and equipment to find the best tool for the job. I visited the shop in person and was pleased to find genuine people who listened and explained everything I needed to know. They found some options for me and I came away with deeper knowledge and a 2 flute hss milling bit.
More than happy! I recommend this shop. Most of what they sell is way above my head, but it wasn't too much trouble for them to help me with my very small and insignificant looking aluminium bracket. Thanks

I was needing a burr or two for my die grinder, sadly, very few places had what I wanted or couldn't supply them the same day, 3 days in most cases and I needed it for a job that afternoon. These guys had them in stock, I dropped in and chose what I wanted from their extensive catalogue. There are various priced items, as you expect and the Karnasch burrs I bought weren't cheap, but the quality is second to none, perfect for grinding off reinforcement in upvc frames, did what I needed and then some, still sharp! Very pleased with the items bought and the service received. If you're into your tools, check these guys out!
