Customer service is second to none! I had an emergency issue with a pump on my spray system which needed an immediate repair. They expedited an order for the part but there was a mishap with the manufacturer and their shipping. Mitch went above and beyond getting the part from another source and getting the repair done, communicating very well through the whole process. Definitely would recommend them! Know they'll take great care of you.

I needed to get my pressure washer fixed and had trouble explaining the problem-I did not want to take my machine in because I have 45 stairs and the pressure washer is super heavy. Will, one of the service people told me to take a photo and email it to him. Will called me back within minutes and told me they had the part in store. When I arrived at the store, Will and the service team explained to me how to fix my pressure washer. I fixed the pressure washer at home and am so happy that Will and his team took the time to walk me through the repair. Excellent customer service.

I've had several reasons to take pressure washing equipment to Seattle Pump and every time Mitch and others were easy to deal with, they repaired my machines or just gave me advice, and while it would be great if they charged less, you get what you pay for: professionally repaired equipment that works again. And that makes me happy and I'm sure you will be pleased too!

I have been a satisfied customer for over 15 years. It all started with repairing my truck mounted Jetter from Spartan, I asked John could you build me one of these? He thought about it for a minute and said sure. The rest is history, i have purchased 6 portable jetters 1 Harben and there newest model The 300 last year.i continue to purchase my nozzles, hoses and other use items from them.they also do all of my servicing ( including replacing my engine on the Harben, water in the fuel damaged it! ) Thanks Guys.

Very friendly staff however if you need your equipment repaired these guys are spendy and you may have to take your equipment back a few times to get it right. I brought my machine in because of an oil leak, a broken pull cord and new pressure gauge. After picking it up and taking to a jobsite I noticed it was still leaking oil. I figured I would use it for the job and then bring it back in. Nope, the pull cord cover fell off a few minutes later.
I brought it back and they were friendly and told me the oil leak was a different one. They fixed it, charged me an extra $100 for the second oil leak. Then I took the machine to the same jobsite to finish that project up. The pressure gauge they just installed began leaking until it fell apart. I will not be bringing it back.
