Santelli Lumber

Santelli lumber built our 30x40 pole barn 3 years ago and it was such an easy experience. We didn't get the usual run around most contractors give you. Friends and family are always asking about it. Even our neighbors visitors ask about it. We never hesitate to tell them who it was built by. Great to work with, very professional and provided excellent communication. To this day, we're still very pleased with the end results.

So, lets see. I go into the store and sit down with Brian Demillo, a client consultant just before Easter., 4/2. He promises a quote for materials for my large shed - trusses, siding, door, etc. by the following Monday. He expects to call back in a couple days. I wait till Tuesday the following week 4/6 and follow up. No quote yet, he promises to call in a day or two 'tops' b/c he was busy.

No call. I follow up on Friday and he is apologetic and promises to call in the afternoon with a quote. No call. Not even to tell me it'll be a couple days. It's now Tuesday 4/13; I call at 8am and am told he will call back in 5 min, he just got in and needs to get settled. It's now 8:40 - no call back. It'll be interesting to see if I get a call today.

Never done business here before - I live 2 miles away and have a small farm. Lots of needs. Unfortunately, I will need to drive farther for my supplies - this is a JOKE! Just WOW! I welcome a call from the owner of the business as well.

These guys really helped me out when another local building supply company went out of their way to give poor customer service. Although it was a relatively small job, Santelli Lumber took the time to work with me and offer suggestions. I would recommend.

Their drivers are horrible. they don't stop when pulling out. been cut off and almost hit that Toyota Prius twice now. That is enough for me to stop doing business with them. Rude, unsafe, and don't care about their actions when driving around with the company logo on the side of the car!

Convenient when you need something and you don't want to drive far but expensive for most items, staff isn't always very friendly and closed on sundays.

Helpful people, good materials. Not very big on the local hardware store side but don't know of any other hardware stores in the area.
