HORRIBLE experience with this company. Ordered custom glass shelving for a commercial buildout. The glass came in out of spec. When we brought the issue to there attention, they simply claimed I was mistaken and that the order was as it should be. Now I'm behind schedule with useless glass and am stuck trying to find a company that actually takes pride in their work. I encourage anyone considering using this company to take a look at the pics I've attached showing the quality of work to expect.

My husband and I ordered the clear soft seeded Glass for our 1st phase of cabinets for our kitchen remodel. We got the glass and our contractors installed it and after a couple of weeks of it being installed, at least a couple bubbles on 4 of the 5 pieces we ordered started to burst open causing very sharp edges around the bubbles. We talked to Michael Cullinane about returning all of the glass, sent pictures of the defects and he gave us a hard time initially but then said we could return it so it was packed in a handmade wooden box and shipped back to the company.
We used FedEx to ship it and got confirmation that it had been delivered on July 5th @11:34 AM and signed by someone at Bendheim. Since then we have talked with the company several times and they say they cannot find the box that we shipped. Today I called, asking to speak with the owner and he refused to speak with me until he speaks with Michael Cullinane.
The thing is we have chosen another type of glass and are ready to place an order but we will not be doing that until they find the glass we shipped to them and are refunded for it. It's been very frustrating and very tiresome. We've been speaking with them for a month trying to resolve this and we are still not getting any answers. I will come back on here and update if there is any progress, but as of now they have shown very poor customer service.
