We purchased a Rudd hot water heater to replace our 22 year old heater that was still working fine but decided it time before something happened. We replaced it with a Rudd model PRO640-38N-RU62. It was installed on 07/19/17 and is under warranty until December 2022. About two months ago it started making a popping noise in the tank. I flushed the tank but the noise continued.

I flushed the tank again a few day later but the popping continued. I called out the plumbing company that installed it and their technician said there's nothing you can do except keep trying to flush it. Today I called Rudd and explained the above senerio and they basically said that this is not warrty issue and to flush monthly. Basically they told me to go pound sand. My next hot water heater will not be Rudd as it sounds like a popcorn machine at the movies which is very annoying. William Smith

Didn't realize that Rudd stopped selling to the public a few years ago. Stopped in a couple days ago to buy some Lacquer to spray some furniture but was told we had to buy it at Miller Paint down the road. So went to Miller paint and bought one gallon sander sealer and one gallon high gloss lacquer and it costed me about $120.

I have been meaning to write this review for over a month now. I use Rudd products for all of my cabinet finish work and have had a few issues with my gun and pressure system. The guys at the Ballard service shop particularly Chris and Greg have been so very helpful with my questions, rebuilding my gun and ordering me parts. Not only are these guys pros but the customer service is outstanding! I am so very appreciative of the help! Thank you Rudd team, you guys rock!

I am a painting contractors in the neighbourhood. Chris at Rudd has been repairing my airless and air assisted airless for years. He consistently has been informative about the mechanical issues that come up. Chris is a great technician who promptly resolves the problems at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend taking your equipment to Rudd.

These guys are pros. They are extremely knowledgable. They have helped me with my air-assisted airless a few times, and have ordered parts that I needed. They carry products and supplies that other paint stores don't. Highly recommend!

I have and old spray gun and could not find parts for it on the Internet. Talked with Dan in the Ballard store and he was more then helpful. The gun was from the 1970's but he was still able to find me a parts list for it. Very friendly and helpful. Hats off to Dan S.

I brought in my Graco Magnum XR-9 because I thought the pump/prime switch was broken. Chris helped me and he was very nice. It ended up only being a valve that was stuck so it was very cheap. I highly recommend them.
