The staff at pick up was wonderful and great to real with on the phone. Cant wait to go through there show room. Just didnt have the time.

I called to find out if they had a part in stock. Spoke with Dave who said he didn't but suggested a different but similar part. Turns out it worked perfectly thus saving me $300.00+ plumbers fee. Other plumbing supply stores didn't even try to go the "extra mile" to find other options. The part he suggested was $6.75 + tax.

Not very friendly, only high end faucets displayed. If you have an appointment you still will be waiting a while.

Do not use these guys for plumbing questions. My landlord told me to call them when I had a problem with kitchen sink faucet. Don't ask my why my landlord didn't take care of the problem herself, but that's a different issue. Anyway, talked to them, emailed them photos of the cartridge & handle, etc. They said I need a new cartridge & handle. They sent the parts to the wrong location and when we finally got them, they were wrong. What a waste of time. They apparently don't know anything about plumbing.

I needed a part for a Toto toilet. Very hard to find. The pats staff were very very helpful in figuring out how to solve the problem. I was very pleased.

Highly knowledgeable staff and high-quality products - plus an admirable level of integrity. I went in thinking I had to buy and install a replacement toilet and was dreading the cost. Instead, they helped me troubleshoot my current one as well as find a solution to a second plumbing challenge. Toilet works like new and they will have all my future business as a result! I highly recommend them!

We're first time remodel folks and went here today. All we brought was our floor plan, and a few idea pictures from Houzz. Found everything we needed in less than an hour. Make an appointment, and ask for Robert Marsh. Great experience.

Very knowledgeable staff who can order you pretty much anything you need. We went in with a pretty fixed idea of what we wanted and came out with far better stuff! During Covid times you need to make an appointment though.

You have to make an appointment to go into the showroom now, because of covid-19. However, once you've made the appointment, the people there are very friendly and helpful. The clerk assigned to us was extremely knowledgeable and had been in the plumbing business for over 25 years. Not only did he have everything we needed, he also had things we didn't even know we needed yet! :-

I did an extensive house remodeling this year, and bought most of my plumbing fixtures at Rubenstein Supply. I usually buy such material online, but these guys have a truly excellent shop and earned my business. Their showroom has a huge selection of all the top brands, they offer competitive pricing and top-notch customer service. I was fortunate to work with Heath and Bryan, both are pros who understand function and design.

When I ran into technical issues with the toilets I purchased (a new model that just came out) Heath made sure those are properly addressed. He reached out to the manufacturer to provide me with customer support, and even went twice to my home to see those issues in person and see how he could help. Highly recommended!

We have always ordered all our plumbing supplies from the Oakland branch, where George Ybarra, who used to work there and now is based at the San Pablo branch, was a great help to us. When we experienced some issues with a shower, George went above and beyond the call of duty and came to our home multiple times to help address the issue. We were very impressed by George's dedication and kindness. He is a real asset to the company.
