It is a shame that this great product is not backed by customer service. Good luck if you need assistance after installation. They don't return phone calls or respond to emails.

This is Not a vendor that you want to deal with! If there is a problem your at their mercy and they don't see a problem right in front of their eyes. Not the old Rolsafe of the 2000. Would not recommend!
