I bought a water heater from Lowes and they contract out to these people and they were the worst. lowes said they would install for a small fee, $700 is not a small fee to me! They also charged $80 for delivery and refused to take the old one. This place is a rip off and very unprofessional when I tried addressing my concerns and questions. I will NEVER use lowes again or this place.

Intelligent and thorough best describes the crews of Rodger Store & Son Plumbing. I had them come out to repair some underground exterior downspout drains. Not only did they do an excellent job they made sure the site was left in good condition. I have used them In the past for water piping and sewer work they always do a nice job. I highly recommend using them.

Jon went over and above to ensure I knew the home sewer drain to the street was clean! In fact, he discovered that the country (Clark) had backed up sewer line (two feet of water in sanitary sewer). He called and COunty came out to look and arranged to clean out the sewer. Thank goodness the back-up did not impact our home. Highly recommend these guys - smart and thorough - cleaned up after! :-)

The repairman that came out today did amazing! Before he came I wasn't able to use any sink in the house, the garbage disposal, or my dishwasher but 2 hours and 3 parts later I'm up and working! The cost wasn't bad either. Thank you to the tech Ben and everyone at this place! I will definitely be using you again in the future.

I highly recommend calling this company for any plumbing issue. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly polite and helpful, the technician was also polite, knowledgeable and professional, and the service was thorough and not overpriced. I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs for sure!

Had them come out and install a new water hydrant they got there at 9 and was done at 4 and was gone for three hours to get parts. I was told when I booked the appointment that it was 95 dollars an hour plus parts. They sent two guys out and a mini excavator. When I went to pay my bill they charged me for the 95hr for one of the guys and 70hr for the other.
Then they charged me 170 for the excavator. The second charge for the other guy and the excavator was not told to me when they gave me the price. So a bill that should have cost me around 800 cost me close to 1400.
