Arrogant and unprofessional service from the salesman to the cashier. Specially the salesman "Juanito". I was shocked the way he was speaking to a customer, in embarrassment I looked around to other salesman to see if someone would say something and come to the customer's rescue; yet, everyone seemed to accept this man's rude and condescending behavior.
As far as for my own experience, I was not helped with anything that I needed. As I explained myself for the items I was looking for, it seemed as I was speaking a foreign language, I attempted to speak to several salesman including the cashier as an effort to be assisted with what I needed, with no success I walked out of the building with a frustrated and helpless feeling that prompted me to write this review.
I wonder if upper management/owner is aware of this type of behavior and if so, what are they doing to correct it? Unless this behavior is part of their business model. If so, it is hard to believe how a business allows this type of customer service.

Horrible customer service. Left my pick up receipt at home 45 mins away because I switched vehicle for my truck and they would not look up the receipt and reprint. The managers excuse was "anyone can come in here with that story and if I reprint it then they can take the product"? I responded so, some with my name and phone number will come here knowing I bought 2 inch pipe the had you cut it into 3 ft sections. Ray is such an A hole, worst place I've ever been

Arrived at 4:45pm and they were not organized about the pricing of sheet metal. By the time they figured out their mistake it was 5:00pm. They informed me that the workers were gone home for the day. Poor customer service and they are not organized. I was a loyal customer but will refuse to buy from them again.
