I would like to share what our experience was with Renewal by Andersen/Richmond Window, our experience started in early March of 21 with being introduced to their incredible product. We (Kathy and I),w ere very clear with each other that we were going to get a few quotes from various dealers in the Windows/doors replacement business, at the end of the first evening hearing about Andersen Windows are replacing all! our windows we both came to the same conclusion that we didn't need to look any further to another Company, we realized Renewal by Andersen was the only Company we were going to have install our new windows and doors.
There is no product out there on the market today, we believe, can compare to their quality and professionalism with doing the amount of work we needed done to improve our Home, it was simple as that. We made the right decision ensuring our house remains structurally sound and safe with the investment we made for decades to come! We had our sliding patio door replaced with French Doors. From start to finish the process was made so easy. The salesman Jon Leslie walked us through everything and was so helpful in suggesting color and wood grain and we had multiple compliments on the door and it's on been a week since installation. Even due to the delays in delivery Richmond window and Door kept us informed. And lastly our installer Steve did a fantastic job

The installation crew was excellent. On time, very professional they put down big runners so as not to track in anything. They answered any questions I had worked straight through did a fantastic job. Cleaned up after very impressed and would recommend them and Richmond World Corporation to anyone needing Windows. Worked with me every step, kept in communication often, and the work was very professional and completed in good time. In the initial meeting, the salesperson went into great detail about the windows and how they are made and was very supportive of my choices. Worth every penny spent and look forward to getting more windows installed this year. Won't go anywhere else, and yes will highly recommend!

The quality of the windows is top-notch. My wife and I enjoyed the low-pressure sales and the willingness of the company to let us do the work in stages. In all, we replaced 19 windows and our back door. They always showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up after the job. They are a great company to work with, and I always recommend them when someone asks me about windows.

Sliding patio doors now are either 60 or 72 inches. The door being replaced was 66 inches, so we had to go custom. We did not like the quality of the all vinyl sliders because the lower track is vinyl so we contacted RBA. The sales person that came to our house was professional and knowledgeable. It was an easy sell for her because we had RBA do windows on another house (in another state) and are familiar with the high quality and high prices.
The project manager was thorough. BTW, I am a retired engineer and builder, so I made the job easier for him by removing the interior door trim before he came to measure and inspect. The installation crew was punctual and professional. Since I was doing both custom interior and Hardy exterior trim, they finished in about 2 hours.

Love the new storm door and the installation crew did a great job. They showed up on time and the installation was excellent. Storm door was kind of pricey, but it's a beautiful door. The sales rep, unfortunately, didn't really know his product as well as he should have and should have been vaccinated. He did, however, wear a mask. Service: General door installation
