From quote to clean-up, the Pyramid Aluminum team did a terrific job with our lanai's kick plate installation and re-screen. Bob Elliot's quote presented clear options at a fair price. Lisa kept us updated on the timing of when the team would start the job. Sean, Brandon and the rest of the install team completed a quality job quickly, professionally and answered all our questions on the process.
They noticed that the original cage install done 30 years ago was also by Pyramid. That it's lasted this long and is in continued good shape speaks to the company's commitment to quality. We're very pleased with their work and are glad we've used Pyramid multiple times.

We highly recommend Pyramid Aluminum - Robert and his team did a fabulous job from start to finish. They paid close attention to the detail of the design and met all of our requests. There was a lot of onsite fabrication; they cleaned up each day no debris lying around. Bob and the team delivered on their promise from day one. We couldn't have asked for more.

We are so happy with our screen enclosure! It turned out better than we expected! We had a great experience right from the start when Bob Elliot came to give us an estimate and go over all the details. He knows his stuff and made great recommendations on how to design it. They take care of all the permits and design of the enclosure. Once they had all the permits in place their crew led by Robert were just amazing!
They finished in 3 days and I can not say enough about how awesome they were. The ladies in the office Lisa and Gail are so nice to work with too! Our patio is not an easy kind to do so we are so impressed with the finished product! I can not recommend them enough! Thank You guys!

We had a wood front screened in porch replaced and a back porch enclosed and screened in. Pyramid Aluminum did a great job. Wayne was timely and knowledgeable with his estimates and realistic about timeframes. Robert came prior to the installation and worked with us to understand the desired outcome. They had installed our new pool enclosure previously. One door was so tight that occasionally the sun would heat the metal and make it difficult to close on its own. I called to report it and Sean & Brandon was dispatched to make the job perfect. They did! They also added a small piece of aluminum to cover a recessed area. Cosmetic addition, not mandatory. But Sean and my wife both agreed it would look better. Professionalism at its best!

We had a cage put on our patio across the back of our house by Pyramid Aluminum in Largo. They were awesome. Despite some unavoidable delays, they got it done very professionally! Robert came out and worked with us to understand exactly what we wanted. He designed and then came out and built it and it is spectacular! I can't tell you how much I love it and what a great job he did. When the inspector came out to check it over and found out Pyramid did it he said, "Oh they're good! we never have any problems with Pyramid!" Thanks so much!

We renovated a 1957 house and Pyramid Aluminum was our favorite vendor of the whole project! The owner was timely and knowledgeable when he came to give us a quote. The pricing was was great and he gave realistic expectations for delivery and installation of the gutters. The day they installed the gutters around the whole house they were on time, hard-working, professional and efficient. Their employees were polite and skilled and the gutters look fabulous! I highly recommend!

Horrible company. Changed prices after the quote. Started Months after promised start date. No communication and wouldn't return phone calls. Met with owner that said he'd call with updates. Never received a call. After job was done they charged for work that wasn't done or on quote. One big nightmare.

Scheduled a visit and nobody showed up, nor called. Called the other day leaving messages and they didn't even reply. You know those companies that don't care about the costumer AT ALL, since they have a huge demand? This is one of those. Try to call them or schedule a visit with those guys. You'll see.

The Salesman that came over; Bob obviously does not know his business. He quoted us a price that included things done we didn't need. The 2nd bid we got for our Car Port was lower and the Contractor that came out, actually works for the Company, not an Outside Salesman, like Pyramid sent us. We also found out that the workers that do the work for Pyramid are subcontractors not actual employees, so they get paid per job, and don't care about the quality. Not going to use Pyramid Aluminum ever again.

They replaced 4 rusted out posts on some rental properties on Treasure Island with 4 4x4 aluminum posts. Got a fair price and they got the work done promptly. They look perfect - so much better. They also quoted me for seamless gutters, but were too high, but that's cool - the post work was top notch.
