Premier Countertops

Picked our remnant granite piece 4/22/22. Pleased with this visit- set up a date for measurements & picked install date (6/9). Tyler came the next week for measurements. Informed during our island would need to be cut down to a 10 in overhang vs 12 in. No problem. Okayed template 5/5/22. Were told at this time they would contact us with the updated charge as the sq ft decreased.

We had not heard anything until 6/8/22 at 1:31pm. Received a voicemail that initial selection would not "fit". We would need to come to make a new selection. They were not able to find any other remnants similar. Received a call at 2:40pm that they were able to find our same granite from their supplier & would get it cut asap. I asked when install would be as I was taking 6/9 off work for install & for our plumber to come at 1pm that afternoon.

Original install was from 8am-12pm. I was told that I would be called by 4:30pm on 6/8 for an updated time. In the meantime, I stopped into the showroom to see if I could look at the new remnant to verify color & piece. I was told very rudely that it was being cut & I could not see it. They did encourage me that it was indeed the same color as our original.

I did NOT receive a call with an updated install time. Thursday morning called Premier at 8:51am, 11:44am, & 1:18pm to inquire about install. I got an answer that install would be around 2:30pm. Instill takes 1-1.5 hrs - our plumber would have to come back Friday. Husband had to take PTO Friday. We got charged for both days. Install was fine. After install - noticed 4 scratches.

Contact Premier. Again rudely told it's a remnant (not informed of their as is policy); but will come look. Emailed Saturday - overcharged for granite - never accounted for decrease in sq ft. Came Monday - will contact Tuesday. Received email - will get refund via check. No contact regarding scratches. Called them Wednesday - nothing they will do. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The people are very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, excellent quality! The owner is a wonderful woman. You will be very happy with the dreams she and her company will help come true for you and your family. Dream big! You are worth it.

I started my search for quartz countertops and backsplashes in late December 2020. Premier Countertops had the best selections of quartz and tile patterns. Once I selected and paid for my choices, install was to begin 8-10 weeks out. All countertops were finished by late March and looked beautiful too. I wanted a herringbone pattern on my kitchen backsplash which took 6 weeks to complete because the tile was quite porous and Corey had to make several trips back to the shop to laser cut the tile and layout a pattern. Completion was mid-May except for a few cracks in the tile when he replaced the electrical faceplates, the pattern came out beautifully. Corey did a great job and he made a great suggestion on stain color for the cabinets too.

Unfortunately Corey wasn't able to finish repairing the cracks but Joe, a backup tile guy, came in last week and did a first class job of finishing the job. It did take awhile well quite awhile but I think Premier Countertops knocked my kitchen and bathroom renovations out of the park! I will try to add a picture!

Did a great job installing and a special shout out to Brodie for some special work he did. Would highly recommend them and I would have given a solid 5 stars but they need to improve on communication and returning calls.

We bought our countertops at Lowes and Premier Countertops fulfilled the order and did the installation. They set our date and although they had problems, Lori and her team did everything to keep the date. Their installation team was top notch! Solomon and Angel were the best crew they could have sent. The installers were professional, courteous, clean (they cleaned up everything when they left), and very helpful as we asked questions. I cannot say enough good things about Lori and the entire Premier Countertop team. When we upgrade bathrooms in the future, they will be our "go to" store.

DO NOT USE PREMIER COUNTERTOPS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AFTER THE SALE. I had quartz countertops put in. They damage my tiles that I did not want the expense to replace. The tiles they broke cannot be found and I now have a $1400 bill for replacing my backsplash. They will not pay for it. I have had 2 different tile people tell me they either did not use the right blade to cut the tile or when they pulled the old countertop out it was not cut clean and they broke by tile.

I got comments like, "its not our problem you don't have extra tiles - most people do". HMMMM, I did not install this tile. I just bought this house 4 months ago. Now they are taking me to collection. BUYER BEWARE. I had to put in a star to get this to post, but it is actually a negative 1 million stars!

Customer service was horrible but the product was good accept for the fact that they didn't order enough tile. I am walking on a half-done kitchen floor. I would add more, but it appears people below added what I am feeling right now. Corey installed the tile and did an amazing job. Counter tops were done well.

Very friendly and helpful! We were greeted and helped immediately. They have a great selection of new slabs and remnants to choose from. Definitely check with them if you are shopping for new countertops especially granite.

47 sq ft for material and installation for the silver pearl! Look and feels great. Very polite and professional from the beginning to the end. I had a little problem, just a little bit of a angle off and they came the very next day and fixed it which is true business since I already signed off that everything had been good after inspection. I am a little sad they didn't clamp in our drop in sink and left us with the frustration of doing it, that's why they got 4 stars

Awesome service from beginning to end! I had a quote within 3 hours of measuring my kitchen. My experience in the showroom selecting granite was great. The template was emailed in full CAD detail and the installers were experts and super nice! Thanks for my beautiful White Spring granite countertops!

Outstanding Experience! Our 4 section granite counters are beautiful, and we are extremely pleased with all aspects from the Premier team - measurements, fabrication and installation were all outstanding. Appointments were always on time - a kitchen remodel project can be stressful, but when you work with professionals like Premier that make the project move along flawlessly, it makes a world of difference! Five Stars to Premier and their team, we would give them 10 stars if we could as this was our second granite installation and both were equally spot on.
