I worked there for two years! They say they offer leveling up ECT but don't believe it! I did bottom station for months on lam 2 and trained me on top for a day only! Then tossed me back to the wolves and never seen the light of day since! Always never enough people! The upper management and supervisors need better coaching overall, especially on how to handle intense situations persay. Oder of operations is mental at times to be honest.

Like they have no idea. The work they force upon you especially at level one is rediculous! They force you to do level 2 to 4 work and get paid level one! I do appreciate the financial gain but how many hours ECT you have to reach to make it is not worth the physical and mental pain you end up going through. They do not treat nor appreciate the employees as much as they should period. always give the minimum and expect the most! Rather they hire way to many supervisors and have less workers. Rediculous.had enough and eventually left!. Onto bigger and better things!

They fired an employee of 4 years with a good record and good performance (me) because they couldn't figure out how a knee could be injured from being bent in the wrong direction too much. Just assumed I was lying about an injury and fired me over the phone with no notice. Good job, assclowns.

Didn't have any delivery issues. I called ahead day before to see what time I should get there. They said 08:00. I arrived 08:00 at bldg 725. Was direct to bldg 825. At bldg 825 was given dock over by the silos. They're unloading me now. Need shoes, safety vest, and safety glasses. I put my tandems to the back and they placed my wheel chock and locked my air line. Ok to wait in truck during unload here. I'm hauling hazmat chemicals in IBC totes so maybe my experience is better than most. Everything going just as it should.
